These are unedited quotes from Posture Dojo community members and Syntropic Core Reset cohort participants. Names and locations are not shown. Ages, conditions, and quotes are exactly as shared.

Recent Cohort Highlights

From the Syntropic Core Reset 4-week live cohorts that ran in March and April 2026.

“My rib flare already seemed improved. That spot in my diaphragm was reduced in sensitivity 75 percent. I’ve been doing the Manta breath before bed and I sleep better. And I realized I’ve been slamming on the gas, slamming on the brakes. Now I’m easing on, easing off.”

36, M. Hypermobility, prior ACL injury. Physical therapist. After Week 1.

“I was on an airplane and I took the train between terminals and I didn’t have to hold on, because I could engage my Syntropic core and balance with my pelvic floor. I’m reshaping my body through this hydraulic pressure.”

F. Mother, returning to active movement. Week 4.

“During the first course, I was so proud when I could walk a little without losing pressure. Now I can walk for two miles without thinking about it, and I have this midline.”

F. Second time through the 4-week reset. Cross-cohort progress. Week 3.

“I’m 85. I’ve had back pain for 20 years. I have a spinal cord stimulator that quit working. I’ve had everything except what you’re teaching. I feel like this is going to get back to the roots of what the problem is.”

85, F. Scoliosis, chronic pain 20 years, failed spinal cord stimulator. Week 1.

“I’ve had scoliosis since age 12. I’m 46 now. I’ve tried everything and I still have 45 degrees. The doctor recommended an operation and I started to believe I needed it. Then I met you, and I still believe things will be better without an operation.”

46, M. 45-degree scoliosis since age 12. Pre-surgical pressure. Week 1.

“Recognizing where you’re at, arriving at that place, and then not necessarily having to do anything about it. There’s no stress. You can come away from it, or you can go into it a little bit more. Just recognizing it as the edge.”

M. Returning practitioner. Week 3.

Scoliosis

“I didn’t have to stay straight or feel the twist. I didn’t have to do any work. It just worked.”

67, F. Severe S-curve, 84-85 degrees. Rejected surgery, built independence through self-practice.

“With the pressure, it just found the place where it wanted to be. With the Schroth, I only ever really got control of my ribs. With the pressure, I was able to actually feel the imbalances in the pelvis for the first time.”

34, F. Mild scoliosis + kyphosis. Feldenkrais and Hanna Somatics background.

“I never thought I would find this community. I am 31 years old and my scoliosis was diagnosed around the age of 14. I was offered the operation but I was terrified and refused. I went from 54kg to 70kg. I do weight training, Thai boxing, I run, and I have recently been swimming.”

31, M. Scoliosis since age 14. Declined surgery.

“I can’t believe I can actually breathe into my curve. I am not saying it’s easy, but I am sticking with it, at my own pace. So grateful to have found this community who understand the impact on our lives.”

F. Scoliosis. Completed Posture Reboot program 3 times.

“At 18, I found out through X-rays that I had a 24-degree scoliosis with vertebral rotation. Every practitioner I saw told me there wasn’t much that could be improved. Two spine X-rays showed that my Cobb angle had improved to 14-15 degrees. I was honestly shocked. For anyone who might feel stuck or hopeless: improvement is possible, even when professionals say otherwise.”

M. Scoliosis 24 degrees, lumbar. Improvement documented via X-ray.

“In 2018, I was diagnosed with a 30-degree scoliosis and lumbar lordosis. I was told that nothing could be done. Last year, I decided that I was done feeling miserable. Going to the gym was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My posture has improved, and I’m not in as much pain as I used to be.”

23, F. Scoliosis 30 degrees + lordosis.

“This morning I followed castle breath and I was blown away by the power of this exercise. The last brick above my head was just magic for me. I was building my castle, and it felt right, wonderful.”

F. Scoliosis. Previously used Schroth protocol and Foundation Training.

“I have reached a point where I have exhausted all avenues. 32 degrees thoracic and 59 degrees lumbar reverse S-curve with rotation. I was told that multi-level spinal fusion surgery is my only option. I came across your podcast on Instagram and it has given me renewed hope.”

F. Severe S-curve, 32/59 degrees. Surgery waitlisted.

“After I finished the Flow routine, I recorded and was surprised with a visible reduction of the curvatures and more scapular stability. This is unprecedented given the amount of work I’m putting in, so little. Once I started doing the breathing techniques, I realised that the pain is actually coming from tiny movements on the back of my ribcage. Feeling it was key in order to release it.”

M. Scoliosis, thoracic. Visible curve reduction documented on video.

“My spine basically spontaneously collapsed when I was 12. My scoliosis was in the 60-something degree range. My max bench press was 305lbs. I ran a mile in 6 minutes. This place is refreshing. It’s an information center, a community center, a self-help center. Posture Dojo is ahead of the curve.”

40, M. Severe scoliosis, 60+ degrees since age 12. Former athlete.

“I’m 18 years old. The doctors told me that it wasn’t possible to improve it. After seeing everyone’s results here, I know that so much more is possible. It’s been super inspiring to see a community of people redefining what’s possible.”

18, M. S-curve scoliosis. Told improvement was impossible.

“It’s getting stronger and my curve is way less.”

F. Visible curve reduction. Community progress update.

“I am 17 years old. I got my scoliosis with 35 degrees of the main curve. The degree of distortion decreased to 22 degrees up and 16 degrees down. I wear a brace. I joined this community to learn more about the treatment I need to focus on.”

17, F. Scoliosis 35 degrees, reduced to 22/16.

“I was diagnosed with Scheuermann’s disease, hyperkyphosis, mild scoliosis, and mild lordosis. I was told my back would never be normal. Whispers followed me: “She’s hunched like an old lady.” “She must be submissive.” I believed them. I carried shame like a weight. Today, I’m rewriting that story by moving, growing, standing tall in my own power.”

F. Scheuermann’s disease + scoliosis + lordosis. Rewriting her story.

“I’m 18 years old and have a 40 degree scoliosis. When I was younger I was honestly very scared and ashamed. I tried avoiding it because when I thought about it, it would make me very upset. Now I’ve been on a journey to gaining more knowledge about it and figuring out how I can help and heal my body.”

18, F. 40-degree scoliosis. From shame to self-healing.

“Switching my internal dialogue from thinking about my scoliosis to thinking about my posture has helped reframe my back as something that, with support, can support me as well. The outlook feels more holistic and the process more rewarding.”

F. Scoliosis. Reframing from diagnosis to practice.

“I went to my sister’s today and showed her how much weight I lost, and she said “your back is looking a lot straighter.” I didn’t even say anything beforehand but after I told her about what I’m doing. That felt nice.”

F. Unprompted comment from family member about straighter back.

“Scared for my 15 year old daughter. She has a 50 degree reverse S-curve. The progression has me very concerned for her future. I have to get a plan in place. Trying to keep the tears at bay as I am still in shock over this.”

M. Father of 15-year-old with 50-degree reverse S-curve.

“I was practicing, was catching my edges in different surfaces. In the car, in the restaurant, the main edges. So it’s a miracle. It’s really good.”

67, F. Severe S-curve, 84-85 degrees. Week 4.

“It’s getting easier and easier for me to breathe. I usually did it with forcing myself, but since you suggested that I don’t, it’s actually easier.”

F. S-curve scoliosis. Week 4.

“I don’t have to say anything special. Just a few times that I did it, usually I do it before I go to sleep and I fall asleep before I finish the exercise. It’s so fine, nice.”

46, M. 45-degree scoliosis since age 12. Week 2.

“I had a better time this session than last session, less back pain. And I totally noticed the feeling of pressurizing into my pelvic floor.”

50, M. Scoliosis. Week 2.

Chronic Pain

“After the first session, the bracing I was doing with low back pain was slightly less.”

30, M. Scoliosis + disc herniation + chronic back pain. Week 2.

I’m not noticing as much pain in my low back as I’m able to fill out that canister and move with the structure.”

F. Chronic low back pain. Week 3 of cohort.

“I notice I’m going straight into that compensation. Oops, that’s the map. So I’ll go back, organize my pressure, go super slow, and groove that new map.”

M. Chronic pain. Week 3. Self-coaching in daily life.

“My scoliosis became an obsession, with the fear of surgery constantly in the back of my mind. I then found this community, showing that a pain-free path is possible. I’ve decided to listen to my body and do everything I can to improve things.”

M. Thoraco-lumbar scoliosis. Previously sedentary due to pain.

“I received a brochure describing the fascia system and how it can produce 2000 pounds of force per square inch, creating a fascial “straight jacket.” The term had me shook. It was describing exactly what I was experiencing. I had been referring to mine as my Kevlar sweater. I have slowly lost 120 pounds. When I come home from treatment I feel taller, lighter and at peace.”

M. Lost 120lbs. Fascial restriction from morbid obesity.

“Problems like the ones we solve here are very stubborn. Every step of the way has been uncomfortable. But it’s so rewarding to hit a level of results that stick. To look in the mirror a week after a major change and to see it’s still there. It’s indescribable.”

M. Long-term practitioner. Results that stick.

“I’ve been dealing with constant neck tension, headaches, trigger points, tightened muscles, ribs always popping out of place, rib flare, and hip instability causing my SI joints to slip regularly. I implemented simple cross-rotational techniques into my archery training. The results I’ve seen there are impressive.”

M. Former Navy medic. Neck tension, SI instability, rib flare. Applied fascia principles to archery.

“I’ve been sleeping on the ground for about two weeks now and I’ve noticed a lot less pain when I wake up in my whole body. My joints aren’t as stiff. It’s nice waking up without that.”

30s, F. VIP client. 9 sessions over 5 months. Scoliosis pattern. Floor sleeping adopted independently.

My thoracic spine is pretty pain-free now. The pain has shifted to my glutes, hips, lower back, neck, and traps. I know they’re connected. The awareness is being woken up in those areas.”

30s, F. VIP client. Pain migration pattern after 5 months of practice. Thoracic region cleared.

“I take physical therapy for strengthening my back. I tried to incorporate the breathing with some of the exercises that they are having me do. It’s been very interesting that the exercises feel much more productive if I am noticing my breathing at the same time.”

85, F. Scoliosis, chronic pain 20 years. Week 2.

“Just the word “allow” allowed a breath to happen instead of forcing. I’ve been calmer this past week. Last night I was able to sleep eight hours, which is very rare for me these days.”

33, M. Post-concussion sensitivity, 9-year head pressure. Week 2.

Body Schema Updating

My ability to sense is getting stronger. It’s starting to show up in the way I move.”

M. Congenital limb difference, CPTSD. Week 3.

“I really tried to feel what happens in this region. And then my diaphragm softened a little bit, so breathing was easier for me.”

43, F. Head injury. Week 2. From fear of sensation to choosing to feel.

“I started noticing my diaphragm holding throughout the day. I’d bring awareness there and it just wasn’t moving. How interesting. And then allowing it to move was less force. Not more.

F. Mild scoliosis, functional leg discrepancy. Discovered unconscious bracing pattern.

“If you keep practicing the exercises, I could hardly do any of the moves, but I have persevered and I’m getting into positions I never thought possible with my scoliosis. I used to do Pilates regularly until my back went into spasms. But it’s happening. If I can do it, you can. I promise.”

F. Scoliosis. Previously unable to complete Pilates classes.

“Moving into the posture collapse was profound. I felt pain and tightness that is always there on one side completely switch to the other side. I count change in any direction from a stimuli as progress and communication. Overall thrilled for a new way to communicate with my body.”

F. Day 1. Pain pattern shifted sides during first collapse exercise.

“A win for me is that as I focused on relaxing some tension in my low back, there was a point where the tension and pain evaporated.”

M. First awareness meditation. Pain evaporated through focused awareness.

“I’m an amputee with musculoskeletal defects from birth. I suffer from DTD and CPTSD. Things like nervous system regulation, diaphragm breathing, and belief effects have long been part of my routine. But integrating them with my posture training has been a game changer.”

M. Congenital limb difference, CPTSD. Integrated breath and posture training.

“The 20 minutes of completely letting my posture relax was surprisingly emotional. As tension started to surface and unwind, I felt waves of sadness and relief. Like my body had been bracing for years without me realizing it. I felt deep release not just in my lumbar and sacral spine, but also in my glutes. Like something long-held finally started to let go.”

F. Scoliosis, thoracic + lumbar. Emotional release during first session.

“I tried the trauma release shake for the first time today, and it was wild. I’ve had a lot of stress and anxiety built up over the years from dealing with kyphosis. At first I didn’t know what I was doing, but then my body just started shaking by itself. It actually felt like something was leaving my system. I even started crying a little, which was crazy, but it felt amazing.”

M. Kyphosis + anxiety. First trauma release experience.

“Posture pyramid and side plank has made a huge difference this week. I was able to get a few really nice adjustments from this. My muscles feel softer and more hydrated in the adjustment areas.”

M. Muscles feel softer and more hydrated after adjustment.

“I love feeling the release in my body and feeling like it is falling into place. It’s not fighting with itself.”

F. Body falling into place. No longer fighting itself.

“I finished the first video just now. I was surprised by the end results of that first 20 minutes. I feel like I am finding my posture. My back feels a bit less tense. This is a very good sign.”

M. Surprised after first 20-minute session. Finding posture.

“I’ve noticed way more connection to my core and more definition in my core since we started working with the breath. And I’m not really working out. I’m like, what is happening?”

30s, F. VIP client. Core definition visible from breathing work alone. No gym training.

“I’m really noticing how dead the back is. Just awareness wise, proprioception. It’s blurry, unexplored. How hard it is to wake it up. Once you’re breathing through your back, it seems so much easier to exist in gravity.”

M. Bracing pattern, post-rollover recovery. Week 4.

“I found this area of panic, like a completely dormant spot. I stayed with it. After I got some expansion, my entire body honestly started going nuts. My shoulders feeling looser. My psoas was releasing.”

M. Held bracing pattern released through attention. Week 4.

“The one thing that really surprised me about how well the hydraulic system is able to work is really thinking about the diaphragm coming towards the crura. Having that extra almost pull from the lumbar spine. It’s definitely a cue that enables me to access that more easily.”

M. Hydraulic system insight. Week 4.

“As soon as we went quadruped I totally lost it. The inside wanted to inflate. That’s a pattern I noticed with most movements, but to see where that kicks in, that awareness is a lot of value for sure.”

36, M. Hypermobility. Physical therapist. Week 3.

Kyphosis + Posture Correction

“I was born with a congenital fusion in my spine. The kyphosis has resulted in a 3.5 inch loss in height, gross fatigue, and compromised breathing. I’m 68, not a youngster, but still hopeful for improvement and more energy.”

68, F. Congenital spinal fusion, scoliosis + kyphosis. 3.5’’ height loss.

“It’s amazing how breath can make me feel as though I am 2 inches taller.”

F. Scoliosis. Using breath expansion to access curve.

“Over the past few weeks, I’ve had some significant wins, particularly by returning to the basics. I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my flexibility and a reduction in tension.”

M. Scoliosis. Standing taller after returning to foundational exercises.

“Been doing the 5 day reset work for a few weeks and I haven’t felt this good in years. I feel this continual soreness and expansion in my sternum, clavicles, scapula and ribs. Gotten comments that I got taller too. The biggest wins are neurological though. I feel my heart and body stronger than ever, my mind is clear.”

M. Multiple weeks of daily practice. Comments from others about height gain.

“Here is a posture update. The body’s compensations don’t change overnight. It’s a long process that you have to work at each day. I still have a long ways to go but feel a lot better.”

M. Kyphosis. Before-and-after posture photos documented.

“I’m a quarterback and pitcher and my kyphosis is giving me major setbacks on how I throw. I used to be neurologically connected when I threw but my spine started to curve and I haven’t felt the same since. I found this community looking for change and I’m excited to push toward getting back to my normal self.”

M. Kyphosis affecting athletic performance. Quarterback and pitcher.

“I’ve always had moderate kyphosis which I think is structural, and never really had any hope on fixing it. I’m glad I found this community. Seeing how Sam was able to correct his gives me a lot of hope.”

M. Moderate kyphosis. Hope from Sam’s transformation.

“Every time I focus and take a few moments to practice my posture pyramid, I feel so much taller and prouder in my spine after such a short session. Definitely a goated move.”

F. Taller and prouder after posture pyramid practice.

“Everything we’ve been taught about bracing and pulling back the shoulders, training the upper back muscles, building muscular endurance in the upper traps, that was not helping as much as we thought it would.”

34, M. Cervical kyphosis, upper cross syndrome. Strength and conditioning coach. Week 1.

“I was just a lot more aware of my big pattern. And it slowed down. My decision making has been better this week. I’ve been very productive and quite happy. And I’ve slept better.”

34, M. Cervical kyphosis. Week 2.

Breathwork + Fascia

“I have never ever been taught about the importance of breath. I can’t believe I can actually breathe into my curve.”

F. Scoliosis. After completing Posture Reboot.

“I was never thinking about fascia until I was introduced to it in this group. I started experimenting with fascia maneuvers. Slowly I feel improvement and release tension in my neck. I’m optimistic and hopeful. I really feel changes in my body.”

F. Scoliosis. Sharp neck pain resolved through fascial work.

“For me the castle breath and posture pyramid were huge game changers. Now whenever I feel a kink in my back I try to stretch it from the inside out with breathing rather than just stretching. This has already helped me a lot.”

M. Breathing from inside out replaced external stretching.

“I definitely am starting to notice the bowl filling out the pelvic area with my breath. Leading to all the other emotions and breaths feeling more grounded.”

F. Canister awareness forming. Pelvic bowl sensation emerging.

“There’s no better feeling than when you hit the right spot and hear the fascia click, like the webbing is unlocking. It gives you this deep sense of connection, almost like your body’s waking up and rewiring itself. My spine has unlocked new movement patterns.”

M. Kyphosis. Pitcher and quarterback. Fascial unlocking restoring coordination.

“I had a go at the Transformational Breathwork. Once I just relaxed and let myself be guided by it, wow. I fell asleep towards the end lying on my back. Normally I would be in pain and stiff, but honestly I wasn’t like that. I feel energized.”

F. Scoliosis. Fell asleep on her back pain-free for the first time.

“I really took a liking to fascial maneuvers and decided to do it once a day. I am on day 3, and already have seen significant progress in my ability and focus. I’m holding my posture better, and I can tell the difference in the results. That’s a big win.”

M. Daily fascial practice. Visible progress in 3 days.

“I had never done guided meditation before. I yawned at least 20 times, not out of tiredness but as if something was being released. My eyes watered a little. But in the end, I felt really very straight and tall. I can’t wait to move on to the next step.”

31, M. Scoliosis. First meditation. Release through yawning.

“I feel like my ribcage has expanded and I can breathe better and more comfortably. After the exercises, my back feels a bit less tense, and my posture is supported by my core and my opened ribcage.”

M. Day 3. Ribcage expansion and improved breathing.

“It’s only the third day, but I already feel like it’s easier for me to breathe. I can feel my ribs expanding, as if my chest has become wider. I can actually take a deep, full breath. That feeling of free, open breathing is just amazing. I haven’t felt this way in a long time.”

Anonymous. Day 3. Learning to breathe again. Ribs expanding.

“When I get through the manta breath, the body starts relaxing, and I get into Syntropic breath. I have a shuddering type shaking deep in the diaphragm. I’ve even had some memories come up.”

M. Trauma release through breath. Week 4.

“When I work through the guided breathing, I become more aware that I’m only partially using my breathing capacity most of the time. My default inhalation seems to happen somewhere in my lower ribcage, but it could be happening much lower and much higher. And when I’m activated in my nervous system, the breathing gets higher and it’s like chest level breathing instead.”

52, F. Recently diagnosed upper-back curve. Schroth background. Week 2.

I definitely feel taller. I feel great. All these exercises were lacking this element. So if I start with that and I feel this pressure, my exercises will just benefit.”

43, M. Head injury. Week 4.

The Journey

“I finally found a community of people just like me. I know this is gonna work and can’t wait to see the results.”

M. First day in the community.

“I suffer from mild scoliosis. I tried every possible external remedy: physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists with cookie-cutter exercises. The only thing I didn’t try was figure it out for myself. About two years ago, I finally started to take control. Daily movement has severely improved my physical health and my mental health. Along this journey, I’ve turned into an amateur endurance athlete.”

M. Scoliosis, sciatica. Completed Half Ironman, Gran Fondo, and Ultramarathon.

“I have scoliosis and ever since I found out I’ve been feeling so lonely because I have never actually met anyone with this condition.”

F. Severe scoliosis. Finding community for the first time.

“I have never been able to put my head back in the shower. I have always had to bend forward. So I have been practicing horse stance in the shower for a few weeks and today I have washed and conditioned my hair doing the horse stance.”

F. Regained ability to tilt head back in shower after weeks of practice.

“DAY 1: I was very confused. I’d never worked with breathing before. DAY 2: The castle breath started to make more sense. DAY 3: I was getting more comfortable and started noticing different sensations. DAY 4: I thought about not doing it because of the soreness, but that was the best decision. The pain went away. DAY 5: I woke up thinking about the flows.”

F. 5-day Posture Reboot journey. From confusion to craving the practice.

“Today something clicked. I imagined someone pulling a string attached to my head towards the sky, thinking about expansion and elongation instead of trapping my body in a posture. The tension I normally feel completely disappeared. I felt as if some muscles that always sleep finally woke up.”

M. Day 5. The shift from forcing posture to feeling expansion.

“Just finished day 2. The cross over, twisting movement didn’t feel like much in the moment. But once I’d let go and started to go about my day, I felt so free! Loving this.”

F. Day 2. Felt free after letting go.

“Friend walks over to me from behind and starts massaging my upper back. After 30 seconds he says “Wow! You got like stuff in there!” This program has been very helpful for me to begin to really associate my body and posture with my emotional body, thought patterns, and subconscious beliefs. Old records on repeat.”

M. Connecting posture to emotional patterns and subconscious beliefs.

“Completed day two of Posture Reboot. I liked having started with the castle breath and found the balloons easier to bring alignment during the exercises than what I was doing previously, which was internal instructions like “keep left hip over and down” from physio. Castle breath just worked better.”

F. Daily yoga practitioner. Castle breath more effective than physio cues.

“I finished day 5 of posture reboot. It took me a couple extra days because of travel but I was still able to do castle breath and posture pyramid on those days. It feels great to start the day with full breath. I noticed it was uncomfortable for me to go into a full collapse because I feel some shame or reluctance to accept that as the reality of my posture. Grateful to have a program to look to.”

F. Travel didn{APO}t stop practice. Confronting shame around posture.

“Flat feet has been my worst friend ever. It impacts my entire body: tense adductors, lumbar, bad posterior chain posture. Myofascial Release improved my posture and muscle growth in a way that I can’t describe. I feel that I can make more from it with correct instructions.”

M. Data scientist. Flat feet, lumbar issues. MFR transformed posture.

“Seven minutes into the reset video, I already feel saturated with new knowledge, like the first time I played guitar or went to the gym. I feel deeply that this is my path forward. I feel encouragement from the community bubbling deep and holding me up.”

M. Seven minutes in. Saturated with new knowledge.

“I did the Fascial Maneuvers today and honestly I can say I felt a difference. I feel more grounded and could actually hear crackling fascia. I really felt like giving up after about 20 minutes, but pushed through. So proud of myself.”

F. Pushed through 60-minute fascial session. Heard crackling fascia.

“After several days, I did Day 3. Right after, I did my regular workout, and I was delighted to find that having done the Reboot before activated my erector muscles really nicely and I was able to access them in the workout. I’ve BEEN trying to get to my erector muscles in training and I haven’t been very successful until yesterday. It felt fantastic to stimulate the muscles around my spine.”

F. Day 3. Posture Reboot unlocked erector muscles she couldn{APO}t access in years of training.

“Posture Dojo Community helped me a lot when I was experiencing shortness of breath and other problems. I hope that people in this community regain their strength and improve their lives.”

M. Shortness of breath improved through community support.

“Inspired by Sam’s Instagram, I decided to take advantage of the salt water pool. It became my personal sonar pod. Laid back with everything except my nose underwater, I was able to hear my body crack and loosen. I felt more malleable due to the buoyancy and with each breath I let my body rise towards the sky as I elongated my spine. I kept repeating to myself, “What’s stopping me from feeling my best in my body.” A strong, aligned, and balanced body is possible for me.”

F. Used salt water pool as sensory environment for spine elongation.

“Finally to say I’ve finished what’s needed to be done. The lesson taught me a lot. To discover the tool I need to move freely without much pain and stiffness is a new type of freedom. I’ll definitely keep castle breath as a new habit I’m addicted to.”

F. Completed Posture Reboot. Castle breath as new daily habit. A new type of freedom.

“I started to follow on Instagram more than a year ago, and I felt I just need community because alone I don’t have time to read books and to make this analysis. I trust that it can help us.”

F. Followed Posture Dojo on Instagram for over a year before joining. Week 1.

Practitioners in the Community

“I’m a physical therapist who specializes in scoliosis and posture-based care, with advanced training in the Schroth Method. I love communities like Posture Dojo because the focus is on awareness, curiosity, and lifelong habits, not fear.”

F. Physical therapist, Schroth-certified. Endorses community approach.

“I’m a naturopath and mineral analysis based practitioner. I’ve seen a lot of improvements in my posture, pain and tightness with what I do. Still making progress but it’s slow. Been interested in fascia for a long time but only recently started studying more. Really is amazing stuff.”

M. Naturopath. Professional seeing personal improvements.

“Trauma creates a dysregulated nervous system. That leads to chronic bracing and holding patterns, which then create postural dysfunction. On a brain level, trauma changes how resources are allocated. The thalamus can start dampening or distorting body signals, so sensations feel muted or painful. A gentle way to retrain this is through somatic labeling.”

M. Community member with trauma expertise. Teaching somatic labeling to fellow members.

4,100+ members. Scoliosis, kyphosis, chronic pain, postural dysfunction. From 15 to 84 years old. 30+ countries.

These results come from people using the Posture Dojo method. The Syntropic Core Reset is a 4-week live cohort with Sam Miller. The community provides ongoing practice, weekly live sessions with guest somatic experts, and peer support.

Individual results vary. Posture Dojo is a somatic education community, not a medical treatment. The Syntropic Core method is an educational coaching approach.
